Lavender Peach Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients

4 T olive oil

4 T white balsamic vinegar

2 T The Lavender Kitchen Lavender Peach Jam

1 T water

2 tsp The Lavender Kitchen Honey

1 ½ T shallot minced

1 ½ tsp fresh basil chopped

salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or with a hand held emersion blender.

  • Yield ½ cup

  • Delicious as a dressing on a simple green salad, a peach caprese salad or with pork and chicken.
