Lavender Honey Simple Syrup


Instructions

  1. Add boiling water to honey and stir.

  2. Pour liquid over Edible lavender bud making sure to moisten all the bud without stirring.
    DO NOT Stir or smash bud.

  3. Steep mixture for at least 30 min or up to 24 hours.

  4. Strain off and discard lavender bud.

  5. Return syrup to air tight container and store in Refrigerator.
